얼바인 침례교회 (IBC)에서 교육부를 함께 섬길 교역자를 청빙 합니다. (Part or Half Time)
초등부 (1st ~5th) & 중고등부(6th ~12th)
Irvine Baptist Church(IBC) education department is seeking Children’s Pastor (1st- 5th) and Youth Pastor (6th-12th) who will work along with the other Education Pastors and Team leaders.
Responsibilities
l Oversee all programming and ministry for Appropriate Dept.
l Create environments, activities, and programming for students that will facilitate learning and encourages spiritual growth.
l Provide care for students and families within the church including regular prayers, visitations, and follow-up phone calls.
l Plan and oversee special events
l More details will be discussed during interview
Qualification
l Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
l F.A.T (Faithful, Accountable, Teachable)
l Good relational skills and capacity to work with students and their family
l Biblical training from accredited Bible college or seminary
l Willing to adjust a position based on need of church and ministry.
l Minimum 2 years of ministry experience is a plus
l Effective communication skills in English and Korean is plus.
