Qualifications:
Must either graduated from or currently attending accredited seminary (M. Div.)
Prior experience in youth ministry preferred but not necessary
Must affirm and adhere to the Westminster Confession of Faith
Responsibilities:
Lead Friday bible study programs as well as special events
Lead Sunday worship (9:15 am & 11:45 am)
Create and submit yearly ministry plans as well as budget
Lead short-term summer missions (must coordinate with Missions Department)
Work with Education Pastor to create training programs and materials for teachers and volunteers for high school ministry
Submit weekly report to Education Pastor
Attend monthly education department staff meeting
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
