Orange Korean Christian Reformed Church is looking for an EM college pastor. This position will be expected to exercise a combination of organizational leadership, pastoral care, and training. Average weekly hours: 20 + hours per week.
I. Ministry Duties:
1. Lead Sunday Service for college group which includes preaching and teaching.
2. Train and equip college students with the Word of God.
3. Develop strong community for college students through small groups, and pastoral care.
4. Coordinate with other ministries in the church to create opportunities of serving Education Ministry.
5. Regularly attend staff meeting and church services and events.
II. Qualifications:
1. Ordained pastor or close to completing degree from accredited seminary.
2. US citizen or legal resident alien.
3. Conversational in Korean language is preferred.
