We are a growing church that is in need of a Children’s Ministry Pastor to lead the 4th – 6th Grade students.
Position: Children’s Ministry Pastor (4th to 6th Grade)- Part Time/Half Time
Responsible for the spiritual growth of the students in the Children’s Ministry (4th to 6th Grade)
Oversee and lead/plan weekly Children’s Ministry Service /Sunday School on Sundays (Preaching sermons, coordinating praise/worship, and preparing Bible studies)
Develop and implement a vision for the Children’s ministry with short and long term goals
Recruit, teach and lead teaching staff to be equipped in teaching and nurturing the spiritual growth of the students
Plan and lead annual events i.e. Vacation Bible School (VBS), Family Fall Fest, Easter Activities, etc.
Attend weekly staff meeting
Requirements:
Seminary Student (currently in school or graduated with Master’s degree)
At least 3 years previous experience in serving or leading Elementary ministry
Fluent in English (fluency in Korean is a plus)
