SUMMARY
The Korean All Nations Church – Onnuri at San Antonio English Ministry (ANC-SA/EM) is the Englishspeaking congregation of ANC-SA in San Antonio Texas. We are looking for an EM Pastor who is called to serve an adult ministry consisting of married couples with families, young adults and college-aged students. The position is for a Full-Time Pastor who can preach for Sunday service, dawn service as assigned during the week, actively minister to the EM congregation, and work closely with the Senior Pastor, and other volunteers to contribute to ANC-SA’s mission and objectives to serve Christ.

Job description:
1. Preach during the Sunday Worship
2. Preach during the dawn service as assigned by the Senior Pastor
3. Teach/Train Leaders
4. Implement Discipleship
5. Provide counseling and visitations for congregation members
6. Take part in creating a community through fellowship and welcoming
7. Outreach/missions
8. Monitor the health of the EM congregation
9. Implement and carry out a vision for the ministry
10. Work with the pastoral staff and the church staff
11. Attend weekly pastor meetings and monthly staff meetings
Requirements & Minimum qualifications:
1. Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary
2. Ordained
3. Eligible to work in the U.S.
4. At least a 3-year commitment
5. Fluent English language with Korean language skills a plus
Salary, stipends, and benefits:
Commensurate with experience ($48,000 ~ $52,000)
